Karman Properties is a real estate brokerage firm founded in 2003.  The founder, Karen Montoya, has been a licensed real estate sales agent since 1980, and has held a real estate broker license since 2003.  Karen also has a Juris Doctorate degree and a certification in Mediation.  Karen is committed to helping buyers and sellers of real estate in achieving their goal of finding a personal residence, or in building a real estate portfolio.

Karen has been successful in assisting buyers and sellers in this endeavor by acting as a real estate consultant, rather than a salesperson.  In relying on her positive and optimistic attitude to fuel her creative abilities she has been successful in finding ways for non-conforming buyers to purchase, selling the homes she has listed at their peak value, employing her negotiation and mediation skills, and relying on her legal education to assist her clients.

Karman Properties was founded on the ideology that everyone should be able to purchase a home; that the purchase of real estate deserves serious consideration, and should only be undertaken after all necessary information has been reviewed; and that buyers and sellers deserve honesty and objectivity from the person they choose to work with in this pursuit.
